How to RSVP?
Due to the different types of invitations that we have sent out, we kindly ask that you RSVP using the website (RSVP page or scanning the QR code on the invitation) so we can keep track of who will be attending.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Due to numbers needing to be finalised by this date please RSVP by 14th January 2025.
What if I miss the RSVP date?
Unfortunately after giving our final head count, those who did not respond by the RSVP date will not be able to attend the reception but we still look forward to seeing you at the ceremony.
Photos?
OK... We need to sit down and have a little talk... yes, you!
Sarah and I are paying ALOT of money for 2 PROFESSIONAL photographers to be with us the whole day taking photos and videos. So please, if you could put a little hold on phone usage for photos during the ceremony, it would be more than appreciated. You don't want to be THAT guy/girl that ruins a lovely photo because they were trying to get a photo of their own. For the reception and dinner, you are more than welcome to, just try limit the amount and be in the moment and enjoy the night with us.
We are MORE than happy to share the photos taken on the day/night with you all.. if you behave.

Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to the limited space, we can only accommodate those on the invite.
Are those under the age of 18 invited?
We know you love your children but please note that this event is for adults only, so no children under the age of 18 will be allowed. We hope you understand and take this opportunity as an evening away.
What's the dress code?
Please be advised that the weather may be a bit unpredictable so we recommend to check the weather and dress accordingly as Tamborine Mountain weather changes frequently. We kindly request everyone to wear semi-formal attire.
Where is everything happening?
THE CEREMONY will be at the 'Amphitheatre', HAPPY HOUR will be at the 'Lawn Bar' and THE RECEPTION will be at the 'Island Glade'.

Is there accommodation?
We understand that some of you will be coming a long way so we thought we'd let you know that there is accommodation right out the front of the venue at "Tamborine Mountain Glades" (aka Thunderbird Park) which is a short walk away for those wanting to stay overnight. There is also a shuttlebus provided for those staying at the provided accommodation after the reception. If staying onsite, it is recommended to book ASAP to prevent missing out on the available accommodation. Head to the 'Accommodation' Page for more information.
Is there a car park?
There will be access to a communal carpark which shares with the "Thunderbird Park" adventure park within the gates of the venue. Those staying at the on-site accommodation also have access to parking through their room booking.
Drinks?
We will be providing a bubbly on arrival and drinks during happy hour and dinner. There will be the option of 3 house wines (sparkling, red and white wines), beers and non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks and juices) and tea and coffee available. However, drinks after 8:30pm will be on you.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is. Although it may be hard to manoeuvre large devices around table placements, we will try our hardest to make it as accommodating as possible. Please don't hesitate to let Jacob or I know prior to the event if you require any assistance.
Is smoking allowed?
Though the venue is a smoke free venue, we do understand that some of our guests have cravings to fix. There will be a designated smoking area which will be pointed out on arrival. This does however mean that the ceremony area and reception areas are smoke free areas.
